Where can I come and try on something so I am more comfortable before purchasing the product?

You are more than welcome to come and visit us at our studio space at Unit DF7, 1st Floor, Sure Storage Business Park, 70 Carmine Drive, Burgundy Estate, Cape Town, 7441. Please make sure to set up an appointment prior to this so we can make sure that all of our stock is on hand. We are also at Root44 market in Stellenbosch every Saturday and Sunday.

When can I expect my order?

Please refer to our "shipping" section for more information. Please note there is a 48 hour processing time after your order before shipping. Once your garment has been sent, we will send you a tracking number where you can track your order online.

I am not sure about my size, how will I know what size to purchase?

What if I am buying something as a gift?

No problem! We love spoils! Please make sure you let us know that this is a gift by stating this in your additional comments on check out as well as if you would like to add a special message. If you would like the parcel to be sent directly to the person receiving the gift, please make sure that the delivery address is stipulated on check out.

Where do you get your fabrics from?

We pride ourselves on being 100% PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN and all material and external labour is sourced locally.

Who does your designs and sewing?

We are a tiny team of 1 and we do all the designing, pattern making, cutting, sourcing of fabrics and sewing ourselves. This ensures that you know your garment is made with love and care.

What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?

Please refer to our "returns" section for more information. We will gladly exchange your item or issue you with a credit based on a couple terms and conditions.
