Orders

  1. Thank you for your order and for supporting local!

  2. There is a processing time after your shopping experience has been completed on our website of up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This is to make sure that all orders and sent correctly and handled with care. There may be a slightly longer processing time over busy periods such as the festive season but you will be notified if these instances occur.

  3. Once an order has been processed we send it via the courier or the postal service and you will receive a tracking number via email which you are able to track online.

Shipping

We use two kinds of shipping methods dependent on the area of delivery.

For all main city centres in South Africa, we use Fastway couriers and for all other areas that the courier does not reach, we use the South African postal service.

Fastway Couriers:

  1. Delivery time for the Western Cape 1-2 working days. This does not include Public Holidays and the weekend.
  2. Delivery time for the rest of South Africa 2-3 working days. This does not include Public Holidays and the weekend.
  3. This service will deliver your parcel to the address provided. We advise using an address where there is guaranteed to be somewhere there, such as a work address, as failure to deliver will result in a longer waiting time.

Postal Service:

  1. Delivery time can take anything from 3-15 working days depending on the area. You will receive a notification that your parcel will be ready for collection at your nearest post office. Please make sure you have your tracking number and South African ID document or drivers liscense.

PLEASE NOTE: Whisper Between Worlds takes no responsibility and is not liable for any loss or damage once in the possession of the couriers or postal service.

Returns

  1. We do not do cash refunds.

  2. Should you not be completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly exchange your item or issue you with an online store credit. 

  3. We will only exchange your garment or provide your with an online store credit if all tags are attached and proof of payment is provided.

  4. Returns on any items are for the customers expense. Please return to 108 Masons Press, Ravenscraig Road, Woodstock, Cape Town.

  5. An exchange or credit will only be issued once a tracking number has been sent and we have have inspected the garment for damages.

  6. We will only do an exchange or issue a credit if the original garment has been returned within 30 days after purchase from our website.

  7. We will not do exchanges on any under garments for hygiene purposes.
